Aquatic Dragons
Aquatic dragons are the strong components of the community. They work with the elves to build and shape the city.
They often hold an extensive wealth of knowledge and are rather civilised noble folk. If other lizard folk wishes to join their faction, they are open to it for they are useful for information gathering and sneaking into small crevices of the reef for spying.

- Have 3 Forms (Human, Hybrid & Full Dragon Form)
- Physically strong
- Very knowledgeable, usually very wise

Weaknesses:
- Have a weakness for treasure, gems and coins and have hoarding tendencies
- Not very tolerant with other species
