Alu'Tel'Quessir
Aquatic elves (also called sea elves and Alu'Tel'Quessir in their own tongue, were water-breathing cousins to land-dwelling elves. With webbed hands and feet, they work closely with the aquatic lizards to build the city buildings. The elves are excellent crafters and architects. Because of their big egos, most other races tolerate the elves because they build everything well. They tend to have blue skin but some have been seen with hues of greens, whites, pastels and even human like skin. Looking like ordinary elves but with webbed hands, feet and often have gills and fins.

Abilities:
- Tend to be highly intelligent
- Can see well in low light conditions
- Can be out of the water for up to 92 hours
Weaknesses:
- Sensitive to bright lights
- Cannot stay out of the water for longer than 3 days, can be fatal
- Their big egos mean they often underestimate many other races
